Atlanta Streets Alive Southwest Route Survey

Atlanta Streets Alive is returning to southwest Atlanta next year, and ASA is seeking community input on where the route should be. Please see below, and please fill out their quick survey and have a say in how we can build safer, accessible streets in our community:

NPU-V November Meeting

Join us for our monthly meeting for residents of Neighborhood Planning Unit V! The City of Atlanta is divided into 25 Neighborhood Planning Units or NPUs, which are citizen advisory councils that make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council on zoning, land use, and other planning issues. The NPU system was established in 1974 to provide an opportunity for citizens to participate actively in the Comprehensive Development Plan, which is the city’s long-term vision for the next five, ten, and fifteen years into the future. It is also used as a way for citizens to receive information concerning all functions of city government. NPU-V encompasses the communities of Mechanicsville, Summerhill, Peoplestown, Pittsburgh, Adair Park, and Capitol Gateway.

The host community is Summerhill and the meeting will be held at Martin Street Church of God (453 Martin Street SE Atlanta, GA 30315).
