While 2020 was a tough year for LBC, it also revealed opportunities to improve our operations and expand our program capacity to serve the community more effectively and on a larger scale. As part of our strategic planning efforts last year, we thought through how to best structure the organization in terms of both our long-term and short-term goals. This created adjustments to current staff roles, and some new staff roles.
Over the next few months, we will be accepting applications for several positions. Applications for the following 5 positions will be accepted through mid-February:

- Deconstruction & Donations Coordinator
- Warehouse & Inventory Manager
- Sales & Personnel Manager
- Donations & Field Operations Manager
