Gift of Adoption Charity Race on June 2nd

Orion Racing is supporting an event for a charity here in Atlanta that provides financial grants to families who would like to adopt, but the cost is just too much.  The race is raising funds to offer more and/or larger grants to families.  Their inaugural race was at Grant Park last year.  Due to construction, they are temporarily moving over to Phoenix III park in Greenspace B.  We have created the two courses that will utilize the same streets with the exception of the 1 Mile that will using a little more of Cherokee Pl to return back to the finish.  The director is excited about this venue as it is a perfect little spot for the families who will be attending to come and play during the event.  The event will only take up a small amount of time at the park.  I have included the schedule below.  Captain Woody is working with us on the route and we will have off duty PAD officers though out the route.  We will have a rolling closure, so cones will be picked up immediately after the last participant.  Portable restrooms (3 standard/1 ADA) will be delivered Friday night and picked up around lunch on Saturday by our trusted supplier.  Please let me know if you have any questions or requests.  Thank you so much for the opportunity to come together to raise money.
